It never says which. Ibn Hajar counted around twenty different opinions. Most Sunni scholars settled on Asr and have explicit sound hadith saying exactly that. The main Twelver Shia reports say Zuhr. Zayd ibn Thabit said Zuhr too, and he was a scribe of revelation. Malik and al-Shafi'i, in his Egyptian writings, held Fajr.
